The special focus of this app for learning the Chinese characters (Hanzi) are the memory phrases = mnemonics.We explain the meanings of the recurring components (radicals) for all HSK hanzi characters and in total 4000 characters and offer a mnemonic phrase for easy learning of that hanzi character. The mnemonic phrases are (whereever reasonably possible) based on the correct etymological background. - An example: This character 臼 is understood as a mortar, which is made up of two pressing hands E, 彐 (with the fingers pointing inwards). As this mortar 臼 is defined as a radical, you can easily learn by selecting all characters that comprise this radical. Due to the large number of radicals (more than 700), the mnemonics / memory phrases are particularly meaningful.You can learn with a reading or a writing training. When you learn with the "writing training", you draw the hanzi with your finger and get a feedback if the stroke was wrong. You can control your learning success in the statistics.
